Dylan and Brianna are awesome. The property has greatly improved since they have taken over, and issues are quickly handled. A great, safe place to live.
We've lived here since 1999. We are seniors, retired. Here it feels like we live in the quiet country. We surely are not. Peaceful area. Good office assistance.
I moved into Riverside North last September and it has been great. Brie'Auna and Dylan in the office have been helpful and efficient every time I have had to ask a question or put in a maintenence request. This has been wonderful after living a couple of years at a different apartment complex that showed little interest in the concerns and needs of the tenants.
Great place to live. Awesome neighborhood. I like walking my dogs on the Riverwalk right across the street. They recently opened the old coal line trail bridge at Riverside Dr and Angela at the roundabout. I like sitting outside watching the planes landing AT SBI. Lots of nature. We gotta pool on the property for hot days in the summer. An exercise room to squeeze in that quick morning workout. There is also a pet playground for dogs to run. And REMEMBER PICK UP YOUR DOGS POOP!
Nice apartment, I feel safe and comfortable. They have very friendly office and maintenance staff. Responsive and respectful. Nicely kept grounds.
