Vivimos en estos apartamentos durante 3 años y nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El personal de recepción, Dylan y Brianna, siempre fue muy amable, y si teníamos algún problema con los apartamentos, intentaban resolverlo lo antes posible. Trash They Are Horrible Owners, Don't Move There!!!I have been Gone from there 2 years now I have a collections for carpet damage I've never received until looking at my credit report from I G Data agency a collections agency for 1221, 00 with interest monthly I call them and mind you they took my deposit and I was there five years with all kinds of ongoing problems but when my daughter sued them for falling on ice and broke her wrist now I'm paying for this because it a Revenge they were already upgrading all of their apar... read more
Like the area. Love my spacious apartment. Quiet. Updated. Wish there was more security in units.need to have codes on doors to be let in or keys. Random people knocking on doors at all hours, soliciting. Utilities are expensive, electric baseboard heat runs $150/$200 in winter if you have heat on and same for air conditioning. Water runs around 50.00 for all units, since you pay for trash and COSB sewage which is included in water bill. Lived here for about a year, and will be renewing my lease for a second year. I feel very safe in the apartment complex. There is always parking, and grounds are well maintained. Buildings are a bit on the older side-- but that is reasonable for the price. Maintenance staff is mostly knowledgeable, and has been improving during my time here. I have had issues with neighbors not adhering to community guidelines, but Dylan has worked to address those and enforce property policies. Units are quiet and smoke free! I love being a... read more
