Brought my car in for a repair for an air bag indicator light. Although my car is over 13 years old, after some research the Nissan repair team was able to find the (no long made) part, which saved my car! But what really made the experience stand out was the customer service agent, Vanessa. She was was extremely professional, friendly, accommodating and kept me informed throughout. My experience with her was nothing short of customer service excellence! Thank you again Vanessa! You are amazing!
