Kudos to Vanessa R. who was my advisor this morning. Her bright smile, genuine care, and attention to detail made my morning. She explained everything on the multi check point clearly, came to check up on me during the oil change in the waiting room to make sure I was comfortable and to keep me posted on the work being done. THANK YOU VANESSA for going above and beyond, you’re amazing! 🤩
The person that take care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable, I have to mention Orlando the part manager.
Car was ready quickly and I was even able to opt out of an expense I didn't want to incur as the dealership was honest and said it wasn't necessarily needed yet. (will have to pay for it next time though) Free coffee from coffee machine while I waited!
Vanessa Robinson is the best service coordinator! I would highly recommend calling her when scheduled service is done.
