After having past poor service at another local Nissan, I did extensive research looking for a new one. The reviews brought me here so I have to write one myself. From the beginning - Ms Vanessa Robinson is an absolute customer service expert! Although at the very end of a Friday she received me very warmly, understood my issue and promptly scheduled me for next available. She’s courteous, professional, knowledgeable and a problem solver. Vanessa Robinson is the best service coordinator! I would highly recommend calling her when scheduled service is done. My only beef is with the car itself. How I can need 4 new tires after 22,000 miles is very disappointing. I have owned or leased many Nissans over the years, and this is the first time I needed tires so soon. While Vanessa did a great job getting me the best price, 4 Tewnty inch Bridgestones were still a small fortune
Vanessa was extremely good and kind, she promise my car would be ready in two hours and it was. I took it for a recall and they also checked other things to make sure everything was good
10/10 5 Star Service from Vanessa Robinson. she was amazing and made the experience real smooth. first time getting service done on my car and she explained the recommendations/what the technicians were doing to my vehicle so so well . she was very attentive and made sure things got done correctly to avoid any issues for me and made sure to be on top of ordering a part i needed. She is truly the best and goes above and beyond . Thank you so much Vanessa !!!
