I had a busted transmission and had to get my car towed to the nearest servicer, unfortunately arrived after the service center here was closed. In particular I would like to call out the tremendous service I received from Vanessa Robinson. Orlando the Parts Manager is the man. I came here to diagnose the issue of my car not communicating with the key fob. The service team told me I needed a new key fob and said goodbye to me 😂 without letting me know I could get it at the dealership and have it programmed. so I went home, Googled it and ordered on the official site. Orlando phoned to let me know which key fob would be correctly compatible with my car and helped me change the order, arranged to have me come pay and get it programmed.
