I love the office staff !! Dr. Bird is wonderful !!
I had an appointment with Dr. Bird. It took quite some time to see the doctor and I almost left my appointment (an inpatient patient 😩), but I am so glad that I stayed. Dr. Bird listened to me closely as I explained my issues. He pinpointed the root cause of the issues I have been having for months. His assessment was thorough and informing, and his etiquette was superb. Actually, the rating should be a zero. Since being referred to this place, I could never get a hold of anyone as they never answered their phones. I had to get my family physician (who referred me there) to call and they finally called me back to set up the appointment (a week later). Once there, the doctor seemed like he had attitude. He refused to listen to what I was telling him, but finally agreed to send me to get an MRI. I tried calling again to get my MRI results and again no way to leave a message and they do not ans... read more
