Phenomenal little shop. Excellent employee service and attention to the individual. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was a regular client at this salon for two years. My most recent visit was my last. The manager confirmed she could complete my requested service and quoted the price. While I was quietly looking at the shape of my nails—without making any comments or requests—I was handed a nail file and told to shape my own nails. She then repeatedly laughed and made remarks suggesting I am overly particular and implied that my usual nail technician prefers not to book me. I LOVE Riverside nails! I have been four times now and keep going back… fantastic work by everyone I’ve seen and such nice ladies.
I get she had her child there with her, but she’s also at work. She made one nail really long compared to the others. I went in after 30 minutes to see if she can fix it. She was busy and I get it, I didn’t want her to do anything while with a customer. she trimmed my nail and that was it. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I felt so ashamed to walk back but it was too long and bothered me. Anyways now my nails look like this. can you guess which one she cut?
