Wanted a front-end alignment on my truck. I was told that I needed ball joints and I agree I did need ball joints. What I did not agree with is the method of dis-assembleing the front end of my truck to replace the ball joints. My $900.00 job cost me $1800.00 at the time of completion. I had an older model Chevy Truck. I had already had 3 different Certified Mechanics working on it at different times. The Truck still wasn't fixed. Called RMA they picked the truck up and found out what the problem was and got it fixed. There was no guess work or trying to scam me. Took my 2017 Cruze here after taking it to A GM dealership (who misdiagnosed). If I had replaced what the dealership wanted to replace I would be out $800 and still scratching my head at why my car doesn't run! RMA CORRECTLY diagnosed within a few hours of having the car. I had them work on my Chevy truck and Ford escape. The Chevy had previous mechanics trying to fix it and were unable to do so. Bobby found the problem and fixed it perfectly. Would HIGHLY recommend RMA to all my Friends and Family. Great service.
