Terrance is the man! He helped get us into our new home, he payed for all the major renovation and even got us brand new appliances. Gave us 2 months if free rent while we fix anything else up and helped guide us into the community. If your thinking of moving here, talk to him.
I have lived here for a little over 6 years now and I am absolutely amazed at the job Mr. Terrance has done. He is a great listener and very helpful. Thank you Terrance, sorry for being a pain. Thank you for restoring my faith in this community
