The flowers are unaccounted for. I placed a Valentine’s day order a month prior, on behalf of my son to his Godmother. Cons: - Never received: Despite florist delivery confirmation. - Untimely alleged delivery: Delivery was to a business, still “en route” at 4:45 p.m. and a delivery confirmation was received after 7 p.m. - Hard to reach: Fifteen minutes to reach florist by phone.
