The flowers are unaccounted for. I placed a Valentine’s day order a month prior, on behalf of my son to his Godmother. Cons: - Never received: Despite florist delivery confirmation. - Untimely alleged delivery: Delivery was to a business, still “en route” at 4:45 p.m. and a delivery confirmation was received after 7 p.m. - Hard to reach: Fifteen minutes to reach florist by phone. The flowers are unaccounted for. I placed a Valentine’s day order a month prior, on behalf of my son to his Godmother. My understanding is the order was outsourced and the delivery was scheduled to arrive at the business after COB. Essentially, my order was overpriced and undervalued. They overbooked business and it ultimately created a stress for the recipient and me. While pleasant on the phone, once reached, I would NOT recommend the company.

All of our delivery routes were completed on Valentine's Day during our normal operating hours, and well before 5pm - and none of our delivery drivers were "en-route" to any delivery location at 4:45pm as all deliveries were completed well in advance. I called Mission Florist on August 3rd approximately 3:15pm to order a living plant offered on their website: TF139-1. This was for my cousin that passed away, which I shared with the girl that answered the phone. After learning that they do not offer it because kalanchoe and ivy are not compatible, I asked what they could offer that was similar.
