we were moving our stuff out of our storage and found mice poop absolutely everywhere. the owner says that she has pest people come out once a week but i highly doubt it. they ate through carpets dressers and clothes, literally everything. when taking out the stuff we saw the mice run away and we moved the carpet and saw that they had even given birth. when we told the owner that there were mice all she said was sorry and if we have homeowners insurance it should take care of the damage. she didn’t sound considerate or sorry... read more

As we are a brand new facility we take pride in our facility and have informed the pest control company that does the maintenance of the situation. Jennifer the manager is stellar, she made the rental process so easy and streamlined! The facility is amazing, brand new top of the line metal buildings and the beautiful paved compound that they sit on. They have key code gate access, 24/7 video surveillance around all the units, great lighting and a wonderful office. If you work for a living like most of us do, don’t worry because their hours are 7am-7pm, perfect for stopping in before or after work, not like the other places that close at 5pm.
