I came to this practice in 2021 and Dr. Holtz was my physician and did a good job showed concern and listened to my concerns. Since she left, I’m not pleased at all. I sent a message asking to change my PCP and no response. The staff are always nice and courteous. The last time I was there for blood work, the young lady who took my blood was nice as always. I love my pcp she is the best. I been with 5yrs. She very polite, professional, she listens to you. She never rush u when being seen. She takes her time talking to you. I pray she never leaves she is the best.Every time i leave my appointments. She never disappoints me. Sohini Majumdar. She ROCKS.🤗
One thing I really like about this facility is that if your primary care doctor is not available, when an urgency arises you may be able to see one of the other Dr's instead. Also everyone there are very efficient at what they do.
I knew when Dr Holtz left that things were going to go downhill and I was right. We are currently looking for a new Doctor. The staff and nurses have been really nice and understanding but this Doctor they have after Dr Holtz left is not going to work for us.
