My wife has been a patient for about 5 years. Last vist was December 2024. They have been sending a bill for a $400 membership fee. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Terrible business practice, never stepping foot in the office again. Would suggest the same for everyone else. Will contact the Illinois Attorneys General office about this matter. Suggest everyone do the same! Thanks Doc for being greedy and we hope you lose plenty of patients.
I've been a patient of Riverside Medical for several years. For the past few months they have been billing me for a yearly membership fee of $400. Had an appointment last week and told the doctor that I did"nt request to be a member of their group and I'm not paying the $400. His reply was "So who's your next doctor?" In other words, who cares? Hit the road. They care more about the almighty dollar than they do about a 91 year old guys health. It's a scam! What's next years dues going to be, $600? $800?
They have been our family's primary care for many years. They are very professional and care about us as people, not just patients.
