My 91 year old grandfather and 88 yr old grandmother are without healthcare after going to this doctors group for over a decade because they cant afford the $400 a person concierge fee (fixed income medicare) that was sprung on them this year and are now left without care. Therefore, they are left to find a new doctors group in time where they cannot get on a new doctors list and are left without their prescription renewals. Terrible ethics.
As a longtime patient at this practice, I am perpetually amazed by the quality of care and focus from the physicians. This is not a cookie-cutter practice. Doctors spend a tremendous amount of time understanding the patient and carefully reviewing medical history and needs. They are kind, thorough, and dedicated advocates. Anyone looking for a primary care provider would be lucky to get into this practice.
My fiance was feeling very poorly. We walked in at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday and were seen immediately by Dr Propes. He diagnosed her condition and sent her to the hospital where she underwent surgery within a few hours. His diagnosis saved her. Thank you !!
I had an outstanding experience with Dr Propes and the entire office. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed.
