Two hours after scheduled appointment we were taken to the room..I mentioned the awful wait time...ignored. Starts asking questions of the patient which should have been on record..points laptop at me and says "this is all I can see you need to stop be so rude." Is it wrong or rude to assume and or question why a current patients records should be on file or do they need to banter my 83 year old grandmother with questions they can simply lookup on the screen every visit.
