Crazy I was scheduled for two appointments in March one was for a mental health evaluation my doctor canceled on me a month in advance and couldn’t get me in when I have been fighting for this for so long they said the next available was April 12th I hung up. I got a call again today from the office here to get a notice my new psychiatrist i was referred to canceled my appointment again which was in March. 1 star only because they have good nurses. The new drs are terrible, they don't listen at all. If you have hard to treat depression or anxiety please save yourself and go somewhere else unless you have the energy to defend yourself, repeatedly explain yourself, and want to leave the office feeling worse than when you went in, then by all means this is your place. I've reached out to patient advocates twice about this place and never got a response. Forget it.
I as disappointed with Dr Olitola lyi-Onondaga Phyciatrist. I do not recommend her.
Im finally putting it out there I've been here 10+ years and had doctors turned out like tricks I've been tossed around so much I've seen over 10 doctors Belford being the longest of 8 years and her departure was not discussed with me You dont do that to someone suffering with BPD its diabolical and don't get me started on their inpatient treatment at their hospital. Your rights are stripped immediately and it's worse than prison I'd rather be in prison in solitary than be in a mix of every possible mental health issue. Just... read more
