Excellent service and professionalism. And the staff is very friendly.
Not sure who is at fault but we have been trying for two weeks to have them switch our pharmacy but this practice does not respond to our calls, our pharmacy, or our insurance company. I will be filling a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs because this involves our inability to access and receive our prescribed medication.
They should do better when it comes to medical practices they aren't taking anything seriously period!
As much as I love my OBGYN, I feel that it's sad that I'm still waiting for the office staff to call me back; since I've spoken to my Dr. about my condition/situation and requested for the staff schedule an appointment. I've called the office several time between yesterday and today and the only response i'm getting is that the girl whose responsible for booking the appointment is overloaded with other calls to make and she will get back to me by the end of the day.
