This place is awful and has gone so far downhill. A lot of people who have been going here have switched doctors and I am finally about to as well. I showed up for an appointment and they said that no doctor is in today and that I should’ve received a phone call. I got a text a few hours prior confirming my appointment was scheduled for today and no call. Do not waste you time. This place is disorganized and extremely disrespectful of its patients.
There the best n understanding n very helpful. I definitely recommend them.
I recently had a phone visit with the health practitioner, and was charged $245 ($102.79 after insurance) for what couldn't have been more than 2 minutes of her time. Incidentally, she was of no help whatsoever. I tried to speak to someone about this extreme charge and was just switched from one phone number to another, without ever reaching anyone who could help.
I now use Dr.Rebecca Martz since Dr.Joseph Levin retired this summer. He was a great diagnostician. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Martz. I had some lower back problems and she told me to have an MRI and an xray. After seeing the results, she had me see a spine doctor who then sent me to a spine surgeon ( Dr.Dante- Penn Medicine.)
