It is utterly ridiculous the time you waste on the phone trying to speak with the pediatrician's office, it is better you go there in-person. The call center is an unnecessary headache for families who are trying to speak with or get some kind of answer from the doctor himself. It should not be this difficult but unfortunately it is a nightmare!
