I dont understand why this place has gotten bad reviews. Ive been coming here repeatedly for over a year and everyone has been great to me. The doctors are top notch, the receptionists are great, the assistants are all awesome, lab workers and blood takers are friendly and great too. Having my health taken care of from a clinic like this has given me lots of peace of mind, if anything.
Unfortunately I'm giving them 1 star because dr petakov is an amazing doctor. The nurses are great but the office people are just horrible. It takes a minimum of three days to get anything done. I've been here for over 15 years but the last 4 have been just terrible. One time they changed my appointment without telling me and when I got to the office they told me it had been changed. Getting time off from work is hard as I work a lot and they said I would have to come back on the appointment change date. I'm thinking about l... read more
This practice is horrible, my husband called from Friday until Monday trying to get an inhaler prescription filled, the pharmacy faxed every day also. He called twice more on Monday before they filled his inhaler. Horrible practice. Some of the doctors are fabulous but the hassles to get care are not worth it.
I am a new patient! Staff at this facility need a lot improvement. I came in for my physical and got called in for weight and blood pressure and the personal was not fit for working this care provider. She seemed very rude personal. Looks like she hates her job. Dr. Stoica very nice, always listening to what I said. The receptionist is so to get through.
