Terrible.Losing corruption doctors. Patients leaving as I have. Only looking for money and not patient care.
The only thing good about this office is the girls at the front desk that have to deal with our complaints because Dr Toot is probably the worst doctor I have ever gone too. Thank God everyone complained about him and they put a new doctor in the oakland office. I almost feel bad for her. I complained about the bill my husband received for a 5 min visit when we were both in the office. That’s 2 1/2 mins each. We were billed $550 each!!! Had a 9:00 AM appt and was first one in office. As people came in they went in. I was there for 4 hours. And the doctor when she finally came in paid little attention, was dismissive of what I said and just wanted to move on to next patient, she was gone in 10 mins. At least nurse practitioner was nice but cmon! Just got bill and got charged nearly $200.00 for ear wax removal and a $360.00 office visit charge for advice to go across street for Allegra D. I agree with the previous poster. Good luck finding out your test results. 5 days now no medication because they don’t respond to any requests. There are a few staff there that are on the ball, but however they can’t do everything themselves. I can’t understand why I have to beg and constantly follow up for my results. If it’s that difficult to call and discuss the results with your patients, then at least set up an automated system that does it for you. terrible in Oakland. doctor one day a week and nurse practitioner the other? I will never go back again. only good thing is that I got my flu shot. I told the nurse practitioner my problems. I have bad allergies. was not given medicine . she forgot to call in my nasal spray so I had to buy my own.
