We’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to obtain records for our child as we are changing to a different medical practice closer to our home. Multiple emails were sent (to the address we were told we had to email to get records transferred), voicemails left, we spoke with office staff multiple times, etc. Nothing has happened, and each subsequent time we've tried to contact a member of the office staff or management we are told: "they have no record of the prior interaction we are claiming occurred". I started using the Hoboken Clinton Street office 8 years ago when I had my son and I loved it. Once they sold to Riverside the practice went down hill and is terrible. They don’t staff the offices yet keep opening more. Wait times are ridiculous. They book weeks out for sick visits. Then change appointments last minute. All the good doctors leave.

This group has pathetic system in taking an appointments. no body pay attention. patients has to stay holding a phone more than an hours. Only one phone no. is available to contact. Most poor service I ever seen with any other group.
