Terrible front office staff. Kim extremely rude and unhelpful. Was a good practice under Dr. Baker but he sold and new management took over and are horrible. If you like long wait times and to be treated poorly then this is a good choice. Be smart -avoid and select elsewhere.

As long-standing patience at Riverside Medical Center, I have had many providers. Some were great and not so great. However, Dr. Kyle Viola is beyond the word great. As a person and a doctor, the word empathy is the representation of Dr. Kyle Viola. As a doctor, he is very knowledgeable and very patient. I have the pleasure and honor to see his compassion as a peer and teacher to his students. I had the opportunity to interact with many physicians, and although they have shown tremendous insight into their acquired field and patient health. As a patient, I realized that Dr. Kyle Viola is an excellent, knowledgeable, sensitive, informative, curious, and investigative mind to understand the patients’ needs and underlying issues fully. With fears of COVID, Riverside Group is refusing office visits to patients with COVID symptoms, even AFTER a negative COVID test while having "symptoms". But funny thing, the doctor's offices Do Not want you coming in. REFUSED to give an appointment at the office to someone with a temp of 103.8. My daughter was sick with some possibly COVID symptoms. Back to back terrible experience with this Medical Group. Drew blood for the wrong tests. Did not provide my insurance the correct information to cover the costs of a hospital procedure. On hold now waiting to talk to someone about this problem and we are clocking in at 51 minutes on hold. They need to get it together. Additionally, Dr. Bagals bedside manners are pretty bad. They do not exist. He is not interested in anything you have to say and barely makes eye contact AND mumbles as if he can't be bothered. I make ... read more
