Been a patient at Optum for many years previously Riverside Medical Group. I recommend Dr. Malik, Varun as I've been recently seeing him. They do labs and testing on site such as EKG. I recommend using MyChart to schedule appointments because it's fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are great.
They don’t answer the phones. There’s no option to leave a voicemail. There’s no way to contact them.
My children used to be patients at Optum when it was Riverside. We left because the staff was very disrespectful and always made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. Sadly, my daughter's Pulmonologist (Dr. Ramneet Gill) relocated to another practice but we didn't know where. We LOVED her so much and were so happy to hear she was in Hoboken now.
