I brought my son in on Saturday because he was feeling terrible and the employees in the front were so very kind and patient. What really made the visit 5 Stars was Dr Kareem Shaheen. I am probably spelling his name incorrectly but that man was amazing!!! He put us both at ease answered my son’s concerns and took care of the issue. He was beyond exceptional and I can’t say enough about how awesome he was.
Arrived 12:15 (15 minutes after opening,) room full, I counted 12 patients with 1-3 people accompanying them.) Vitals taken about 45 minutes later, told 5 ahead of me before I get a bed. Nice nurse called me back about an hour later, actually conversed with me, then told me there was still about four people ahead of me. The doctor finally came in around 3 pm with a personality of a rock. Did a quick exam (no hi how are you) just a quick run exam (3 minutes?) and then told me the nurse would be in to do a strep test. The receptionist named staph just hangs up on you after being rude for no reason.
The person who manages this facility is ignorant. Threatens to kick people out when they show up when the were scheduled for their appointment, but she booked her staff with a one hour meeting, so the patient has to WAIT an hour!?!? She is not running this facility with the health of anyone except herself in mind. She is purely running it for her bottom line to be met. No care for the patient or humans.
