I Have Been With Riverside Medical Clinic Over 25 Years. The Reason Customer Service Has Become Non-existent. I Had A Upper GI Done 2 Months Ago. The Found A Condition That Needs To Be Addressed. I Was Approved For A Out Of Network Urgent Referral To UCI Medical. They Sent The Service Codes Needed For The Proper Procedures Codes For Everything Accept The Consultation Code. UCI Has Informed Me They Can't Do Anything Without The Consultation code To Even Make An Appointment. I Have Sent 4 Emails In The Last 2 Weeks Explaining ... read more
