Please fire the young lady who answers the phone. She's very rude and seems as if answering the phone is a hard thing to do. Her tone of voice and smart remarks were uncalled for and very unprofessional. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.
I went to urgent care hoping for decent care and to be listened to, and i understand that in urgent care time is very limited for doctors to see patients but the doctor was very rushed. Rather than listening to what i had to say, she kept talking fast and talking over me when i was trying to explain my concerns. She spent less than 5 mins in the room with me, did a quick exam, and would literally be walking out of the door as i was talking.
