Scheduling with them is a nightmare for Dr. Pickett or Dr. Sandoval. Set an appt 2 months in advance for my daughter’s annual because they are always booked. Appt set. Get a call later that Dr. Pickett won’t be there that day. I already rearranged my daughter’s school schedule for that day so I asked if another doctor could see her. They say Dr. Sandoval is available same day and time. Great! But not great because I get another call a month later that Sandoval won’t be there that day. WTH would you schedule me then!!??!? Stay away, they will waste your time with billing issues they can't handle and still send your account to collections. Save yourself from stress and headaches.
I always wonder about a positive review especially after a couple of bad reviews. In my case, I have been fortunate with good treatment from the frontdesk and Drs. As for my Dr Lanot and my Dr Choudhary (endocrinologist) They have been thorough with me and professional. I am relatively a new patient as I have been with them for about 3 months. I love the fact if I need blood work or xrays, they are on site. Saved me a lot of time. I did have a glitch with my blood work and an xray where I had to go back and have them redone.... read more
Don’t expect anything good from the receptionists, they’ll stare at you till you greet them and tell them why ur there. No sense of urgency or care to actually help a patient navigate their care. Absolutely repulsed by the nasty attitudes.
