I always wonder about a positive review especially after a couple of bad reviews. In my case, I have been fortunate with good treatment from the frontdesk and Drs. As for my Dr Lanot and my Dr Choudhary (endocrinologist) They have been thorough with me and professional. I am relatively a new patient as I have been with them for about 3 months. I love the fact if I need blood work or xrays, they are on site. Saved me a lot of time. I did have a glitch with my blood work and an xray where I had to go back and have them redone.... read more
Don’t expect anything good from the receptionists, they’ll stare at you till you greet them and tell them why ur there. No sense of urgency or care to actually help a patient navigate their care. Absolutely repulsed by the nasty attitudes.
This is one of the worst endocrinology offices I’ve ever been to. They can’t even write prescriptions when asked and considering there is no cure to type 1 diabetes, I’m not sure why you’d withhold lifesaving medications ? Made calls back to back to back day after day and it takes weeks for them to get back to you or even acknowledge your request. Theres no professionalism in the way the doctor handles things. Here it’s all about the money and not the patient
