Love Dr Pickett but the wait times are tragic. Waiting 40 minutes in the lobby is unacceptable. It is also an absolute chore to try and call this office. Find another office
My experience scheduling appointment was breeze and I was skeptical by the past reviews with appointments but I believe they have improved and was able to get me appointment in no time. I agree it’s bit challenging to navigate their menu of options but I would say the people who took my call was easy and helpful. Definitely improvement was noticed with regards to making appointments.
Tried to make an appointment and scheduling department has no idea what she’s doing! She said I would get a call back and it’s been 3 days and nothing! Worst service ever!!
