Dr Bagheri's front office is extremely rude and does not do their job! Phone calls are not returned, info is not updated, basically, they do not do their jobs! Dr Bagheri is nice but takes months to get a appointment. I don't care how great the doctor is though, the front office represents the whole office...they are the first that a patients sees or talks to and if they are rude and don't care about doing their job, that makes the doctor look bad.
