Had a 1995 seadoo hx that we been putting together for 5 years and when we finally got it together we had engine problems so we took it to him and he got it running like a top within an hour!
I bought an older boat several years ago and never had the motor running right. I brought it to Randy last spring for an overhaul and it has been running great ever since. Recently my power trim went out and I tried to fix it myself to no avail. I brought it to Riverside Marine, Randy identified the issue and showed me how to fix the problem myself FREE of charge. Great mechanic and great service. He is the only mechanic that will work on my boat and I highly recommend him to any friends in need of boat maintenance.
Took boat in for power pole install estimate. Price was way higher then competitors so tried to pick up my boat and he locked the gate. Had to call sheriff and after paying almost $100 he gave me back my boat. Apparently it was not revealed at the time that he was charging for an estimate that everyone else had done for free. Plus he charges sales tax on labor which is totally against the law. Beware of this scam artist!!
Beware of this business!! Owner likes to toot his own horn!! Was told to bring my boat in so he could give an estimate on installing a power pole. I didn't agree with the price and he locked the gate and would allow me to pick up my boat until I paid this guy almost $100.00 for what was supposed to be a free estimate. Wish I could charge people for all the time I spend doing estimates.
Randy took great care of our pontoon boat...getting all of the winter maintenance done, a nice power wash of the pontoons, and a few upgrades. It was done so quick, he had to wait on ME to come pick it up. Thanks Randy and the whole Riverside Marine crew!!!!
Awesome service! My Yamaha EF3000 would not run anymore (because of my stupidity) so I decided to see if I could clean the carb and get it running again.... well, opened it up, looked at it.... and closed it right back up because I simply had no clue how to get the carb out of the cage to clean and/or rebuild it. Brought it to him on Monday and got a call on Tuesday, it was running like new and ready for pickup! In one day he got me back up and running, ready for the weekend camping trip! Thanks Randy!
I had my jet ski serviced here and it was an awesome experience. Couldn't be anymore satisfied with the work and speed of getting me back on the water. Thank you and I will definitely be back!! Hopefully not soon though :)
