GREAT sales and service experience!
Poor Service Well I lost a portlight on the first day of a week long trip. Relying on these folks as the nearest FourWinns dealer - I gave a local marina my HIN and these guys sent the wrong window. As for their response? Quote: "I AM SORRY TO TELL YOU. BUT THE PORT LIGHT WINDOW IS NOT RETURNABLE. THIS WAS A NON-STOCK , SPEICAL ODER PART. ALL SPEICAL ORDER PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. SORRY, Neal Herbert" So I spend $500 on a "special order" part and the express shipping and these guys send the wrong part and then tell me it's ... read more
