Its almost impossible to go 10 mph! Most cars idle faster than that! Maybe raise it to 15
They don't have their crap together, the management of this place is questionable, they don't inform you of everything you should know and they expect you to live like the Stepford wives and have a "perfect" yard and home (they add fees of up to 150.00 if they don't like something about you, they find a reason to fine you for something or another). They also charge a BUNCH of extra fees. They charge for lawn care 35.00 a month for a yard that's about 1/8 of an acre ALL YEAR ROUND (even when you're not gett lawn care) on top ... read more
Do not move here, management is disgusting.
The lady they have as the new manager is such a gross and despicable woman she and the company over her have let this place become an absolute trash hole, I hope they fire her and learn from their mistakes
This place is the worst place I've ever been, horrid people working here who have zero sense of self dignity, workers who can't do their job and will sit in your house huffing glue before they get the job done, minor jobs take them an entire day to do, someone needs to be fired.
