Recommendedwe have a great nursing staff and everyone that works there we are like family and our residents are top property and we love them like they are our parents or grand parents
Excellent caring staff. Safe and positive environment that make residents feel like they are family while giving them professional care. They take excellent care of my bed fast husband with end stage Alzheimer’s. They treat him with kindness and respect and provide him with an excellent level of care. Food is exceptional and facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have given me peace of mind in providing for his needs.
This place and the people are wonderful. I have been here twice for OT and my daughter is on her 3rd PT therapy with them. Very happy with them.
UPDATE: My mom is back at Riverside and I will have her out of there soon! The place is deplorable and the staff does not respond to my moms needs. I even have 24 hr caregivers that I employ myself sitting with my mom and Riverside cant get it right. Onbudsman has been notified along with our attorneys. I just want to thank EVERYONE at Riverside for the most excellent care they took of my mom (Judy Arrendale) the last several months while we got her home ready. I was there for at least 2 months recovering from a knee replacement and all the staff was excellent So friendly , the nurse,s stna , housekeeping , and theraphy were the best ! I highly recommend them ! I use to be a stna and this by far was the best !!!
