The financial practice is concerning. Our HOA uses Riverside on paper but they do not follow sound financial practices. They allow the Board to NOT practice good faith roles. They pay receipt that are not legible. They do word of mouth approval for HOA monies that is given in good faith my neighbors. Riverside Management Company is a vendor and takes direction from HOA boards, not the other way around. Many of the accusations in this complaint are simply not true. The board and the attorney consulted reviewed this continuing complaint and found no basis. The HOA board answered the complainant in writing.
This management company is terrible! Bad customer service, bad manners, and bad Business! No one ever gets back to you, after you've left many messages reguarding important issues. They over charge with fees that they "make up" to bleed you of more money. The upkeep on the property is terrible! Trash overflows the garbage bins. And there is graffiti on the apartment buildings.
