My lease agreement was violated in the first year. Our lease agreement stated we would have one parking spot assigned to us, then months later they asked for all tenants to pay for parking. Two car garage was priced at $200, one car garage is $100, parking inside some parking spots were $50 and some were $25. We lived there for two years and the apartment manager is rude. This place was good without the upgrade. I live down stairs for more than 2 years. We never have a noise problem until they put a newflooring upstairs apartment. Not even the bedrooms have a carpet. Noisy people and More than 8 people living ina 2 bed. Restless we live a nightmare at this place. They can hear everything we do and we can hear everything they do. It was the worst experience I had. They won’t do anything about it since they seem to care only about money. fixing apartments as cheap as possible. Pretty expensive ... read more
Amazing place to live, I highly recommend! The location is very convenient, close to the 91 freeway, major shopping areas, restaurants, and hikes in the City of Riverside. Very pleasant community, safe to live and surrounded by the natural scenery of Riverside. The apartments themselves are very spacious, well kept, and modern. The staff is very helpful and the property manager is amazing!
