This place is a joke; the property managers don’t take the time of day to make ur living experience healthy; I’ve had more then 4 instances where my rent has been declined and the money was in the account ; is it my issue they wait to the 3rd or forth of the month to take the rent? No! If I need to transfer more money because other bills came out and yall wasn’t fast enough; why should I pay $100 fee!!!! I made the drive from Oak Creek and decided to stop by in person to see if there was any availability to view the units. When I asked if there was time to show a couple of them, I was told no—followed by an awkward pause. I’ve personally lived in this building for 2 years. I don’t know why the reviews are so negative?? I loved living here! perfect place for downtown. Spacious Apartments. Management is friendly and the maintenance man Martin is the best!
