Martin our Maintenance man is wonderful!! Professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! Maintenance requests are always finished in a timely matter!
Lily the property manager is so kind and welcoming whenever I see her, and she is always working on improvements in the building. Martin on maintenance has also been incredibly helpful with any repair needs! I would say the one challenge is parking, but the location is nice and accessible to downtown.
COCKROACH EVERYWHERE. When we showed them the pictures we had of the cockroaches, they said they are aware they are throughout the building! This place should NOT be able to be rented out in these conditions. Horrible experience from beginning to end. We were allowed to break our lease and move out but that is the best thing i can say about this place. DO NOT stay here.
Riverside Lofts is a great place to live. Management and maintenence are efficient and helpful. The community is friendly and the building has a great location.
