Since New Land has acquired the property the difference has been amazing. From the renovations to the upgrade in management it has been a huge improvement. I also want to share how outstanding the maintenance man Martin is. His craftsmanship and professionalism is really remarkable, and Lily is always helpful and kind. Thank you New Land for taking this building to the next level!
I usually never write reviews but I feel compelled to. This apartment building is INFESTED with cockroaches. It does not matter how clean you keep, they will find a way to appear in your bed, food, and when you are taking a shower. I’ve never experienced something like this in my 30 some years of renting in downtown Milwaukee. Other tenants I have spoken to have even worse infestation issues than me. Great apartments, friendly, fast communication and clean.
It's a DUMP complete with non functioning AC/Heaters/Elevators/Bugs everywhere!! Stay away! DO NOT believe they BS hype and pictures. RUN!!
