Great customer service.
My father brought our toro weed Wacker to have a tune up September 3rd 2022. They said it will take two weeks to get the parts since it's not a common model. Which is understandable. But its been almost 5 months. Eachtime we would check on the status of our weed Wacker they would say in 2 weeks it will be here.
