I completed all registration steps with no indication of any insurance issues. After waiting months, I arrived for my appointment only to be told they do not accept TRICARE patients. No notice. While I rarely leave negative reviews, I feel this one is important and hopefully helpful to others. Patients deserve respect and support in healthcare settings, and unfortunately, my interaction today with Dawn at the front desk left me in disbelief.
