My child woke up with a 103 on a Sunday morning, I called in to see the wait time/make an appointment they were able to get up in within 15 minutes! Although they were not able to figure out what was going on the NP and person who checked us in and did vitals were amazing! The NP was sure to take special precaution since my child does have a few existing health conditions she was born with. Great... unless you need any sort of lab service (blood work, urine analysis, etc.) be prepared to shell out hundreds of dollars extra for lab services that are covered by insurance at other urgent/immediate healthcare in the area. I found out the reason for this is here it is billed through the hospital as an emergency room service.
My Mom went there cause she wasn't feeling well after doing covid/flu and chest x-ray and they released her when she was running a high fever well I got a call about it from my aunt i went over and took her to emergency room at St Mary's and she actually has RSV i called Riverside immediate care back and let them know about it and was told they don't even have the test for RSV so while dealing with elderly people you don't have RSV test SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND GO SOMEWHERE FOR BETTER TREATMENT
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE! My brother accidentally ate peanuts (he is cery alergic) he was covered hi hives, bright red in the face, and was barely breathing! The front dest person told us we had to wait. I told her he couldn’t breathe and she told me to back away from the counter and that she was typing something! We left to go to a different ER
