Amazing experience!!! The most courteous and friendly staff from front desk, insurance, to tech! Quick to get an appointment and was in and out of appointment within 20 minutes! I highly recommend Riverside Imaging!
My opinion changed on my second visit: My experience was better than before my information from my last had been copied to save time. If I could leave a ZERO REVIEW I would! I’ve worked in the medical field for over 15 years. I know what questions to ask and I understand how medical insurance works. I had two referrals from my concierge physician for radiology scans. The first one was done in November 2024 and they called my insurance to make sure it was approved before scheduling. By far the best imaging center I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely a 5 star experience all the way around.
