Good thing the Beer was cold !
Tricky review this one. Waited at the bar to ask where the dining room was, 1 barman standing there serving no one. 1 collecting glasses and trying to serve everyone. Got to our table and waitresses disappeared. Waited a few minutes at the dining room bar, but no one returned. Went to the main bar, same guy served me as other guy still just getting in the way. Unfortunately, our experience with Crystal was disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we placed our order, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Communication was lacking, and our order took longer than expected without any updates or acknowledgment. When the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order — and rather than apologizing or taking ownership, Crystal seemed indifferent and unbothered by the mistake.
