1999 was the last time I went to Riverside to have one of my cars repaired, was not happy, felt ripped off and I let them know it. I swore to myself to never go back. Visited yesterday (11/6/2018) to purchase an oil-pan gasket for my Civic. I gave the the year, model, sub-model, and engine size. I was then asked if I bought my car there or had it serviced there.
