I have been using Riverside Honda for all of my Accord service maintenance for several years now because I found their service dept didn't try to upsell unnecessary repair unlike other dealers I've used. I love my Hondas having owned 5 in the last 20 years so of course when I started looking for a new small SUV I contacted Honda for quotes. Customer service. Aston was great at sales. Very knowledgeable.
Took car in for o oil change and was told it needed $300.00 of maintenance done which I did. When I left the dealership my car was now making a loud noise so took it back and they said I needed new brakes. My car made no noise to start with then as soon as I drive out I have problems. I am very disappointed in there service department. I don't know what they did but I do not trust them anymore.
