My husband and I looked at a home with a floorplan we were interested in at Fleming Estates. Riverside Homes was building in this community. We liked that the homes had sufficient space between each other. We ultimately did not go ahead with Riverside Homes because they were quite dishonest with us. Once we handed over our deposit, they did not make good on any of their promises. Classic bait and switch. Be careful and do your background checks on builders before handing over anything.
