The sales person, Brian Thurston, is an amazing professional with decency, openness, knowledge and easy to talk to. He knows so much and he is ready to share and help you in anyway possible to make your home purchasing experience a smooth, stress-free and pleasant one. I gladly enjoyed working with him and I suggest him strongly to anyone who is interested in purchasing a great home from a great sales person.
We did not have a good experience with Riverside from the moment we put our deposit down. Our sales consultant Cindy spoke to us like we were idiots through the whole process. I had to call her out several times to actually get answers to our questions. The design center process, which we were really looking forward to, was just awful. We LOVE our Riverside home so so so much. We built long distance and bought our lot in Spring of 2022 when the market was just INSANE. Meeting Brian Thurston felt like divine intervention. Just when it seemed like we would never find a lot that was the right fit for us, he made it happen! We are almost at completion of our Riverside Home in Silver Landing! We have been so happy with Michelle Dubourt. When I first meet her, we were not sure what our plan was as we have built multiple times, and we were not sure we wanted to go through a build. Over a few months we had multiple conversations with Michelle, and we were so comfortable with her and Riverside we moved forward.
