My apartment complex uses this company for heating and air. Recently, they have been checking each unit to make sure they are ready for summer. The technician, George, was absolutely wonderful. He not only did the basic check he was required to, but also passed along some concerns to his higher ups who followed up today. While on the property he would stop what he was doing and answer residents questions or check their units if they were having an immediate issue.
