I would like to commend Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning on one of their employees. My mom was having trouble with her heat unit putting out cold air. Chris came and found the problem. He ended up coming back two more times before solving the problem. I would like to thank Chris for his kindness, patience, and respect with an elderly person.

Six family members visiting from out of state and our AC goes out on July 3rd during an excessive heat warning - can it get any worse? Called Riverside and they sent someone out on the 4th - Hector was professional, courteous, gave us an ETA, was on time and had us cooling off in no time, thank goodness.
