My experience was not good at all
Been going to Riverside Hearing for 7 years and just had my most recent visit. The complete staff are really friendly, always greeted with a smile and make you feel welcomed. My audiologist from the start is Chantale who is incredible. She understands and is compassionate in regards to hearing loss. As a younger guy (36), I was very intimidated about going for hearing aids. However the staff at Riverside Hearing were awesome. Alexa was incredible knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple way and how and why your hearing is damaged. She went over all the choices for hearing aids and the features they offer. The fitting was easy and the follow up went great as well. I am glad I made the appointment and incredibly glad I picked Riverside for my hearing needs.
