I went on Saturday morning for blood work. The tech could not get any results from my right arm then proceed to tell me I could come back. I told her no let's try the left arm. She finally drew but my arm is black and blue.
I had a horrible experience with this place. The ob ultrasound tech Shirley was exceptionally rude. She was cold, short, and unprofessional. My fiance went to go back with me to look at our son, and she rudely and loudy exclaimed "only the patient!" Over and over. I told her that's my fiance, and I want him back here with me and she refused. I had ultrasounds before at this same building and he went back no problem. Gender neutral bathrooms! Also hooks and baby changing stations, and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Nurses and staff were nice and good at their jobs. No issues.
