I am a phlebotomist myself and I just got my blood drawn from here the lady who drew my blood did not introduce her self after she cleaned my arm she wiped it with a cloth and then proceeded to touch my arm again with her finger and did not clean it again before she proceeded to stick the needle in my arm. Bourbonnais campus staff was wonderful to me when I was there for the first time ever for a scan. Front desk young lady (I apologize I don't recall her name) but she thanked me for completing the e-sign in through the MyChart app. I didn't expect a thank you, I thought it was an amazing feature to have and would just make things easier on both parties. From that point, everything about my visit was a breeze.
