Gender neutral bathrooms! Also hooks and baby changing stations, and wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Nurses and staff were nice and good at their jobs. No issues.
I am a phlebotomist myself and I just got my blood drawn from here the lady who drew my blood did not introduce her self after she cleaned my arm she wiped it with a cloth and then proceeded to touch my arm again with her finger and did not clean it again before she proceeded to stick the needle in my arm. Then she stuck the needle in about a inch below where I would’ve and then stuck the needle half way into my arm. I just left like 10 minutes ago and my arm is bruised and swollen.
