Friendly staff. Understanding.
It was recommended I to go to this facility by my NP, Jaelyn Anderson because the endocrinologist I had an appointment with goes to Riverside. Riverside is in my network. I did NOT know that they would charge me over $600 just for walking in the door! It's called a facility charge, and BCBS put it towards my deductible. But when I was checking in, the receptionist said my part will be $862.57. I said, "no, I have insurance, I'm NOT doing that." She looked at her screen and then said "never mind."
