ITS THE BEST GYM IN KANKAKEE COUNTY, THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD BOTHER SOME PEOPLE IS THEY DO NOT OPEN 24HR, OTHER THAN THAT ITS THE BEST. CLEAN NICE STAFF AND NICE MEMBERS, I WAS NEVER DISAPPOINTED BEEN WITH THEM TILL NOW 2 YEARS

I love this fitness center. Everyone is so nice, workers as well as the members. I feel comfortable exercising there even though I am extremely overwieght. I don't feel like an outsider here. I am respected and feel so good after my workouts. They even offer wellness care. They will help with a weight loss program. I am looking forward to it
