No Privacy I’ve never lived in or visited any other apartment complex where management was this nosey. I visited a friend one evening to help them put together furniture, and after we were finished we stood outside to chat. (This was around 8:30 pm.) While we were outside, the manager came out with their dog on a leash, and proceeded to loiter nearby. Rodents and poor management Beautiful neighborhood but horrible apartments. Unsafe grounds. Structures falling apart (scary to walk under walk ways, some parts look like they are about to collapse) with poor upkeep. Units infested with rodents, termites and pests. Pool light has been out for a year which is a hazard if someone like a child falls in at night. Riverside has had several apartment managers in the past 5 years.
