I have been a tenant for 2 and a half years and now RIVERSIDE has new ownership and they are an absolute dream. No hyperbole here - they care, are attentive and flexible, and you are treated like family. Highly unusual (in a good way!) but worthy of mentioning. I am now in a gorgeously newly renovated apartment in the same building and I couldn’t recommend them more. Just a great place to call home! Thank you All!
The new management of the Riverside Garden Apartments has started recently. However, it has really made an outstanding job since they took the apartments at the beginning of 2019. Stuff that we, the tenants, have reported since a couple of years ago, and which had never been solved, as soon as they were reported to the new management, they have really been taking care of it. I have lived at Riverside Garden Apartments for over 5 years and you truly cannot beat the location. It's free street parking, a 5 min walk into town and the train. In the spring and summer it's so nice to walk by the river or even down to Nomahegan Park. I have lived through 3 mgmt companies and owners (who were so difficult and unresponsive), and I cannot speak highly enough about the new owners. My boyfriend and I have lived at Riverside Gardens for almost three years and will be moving out next month for more space. While I did not have any pleasant interactions with the previous management company, the new management (as of February 2019) has been nothing but professional, friendly, and prompt in their responses.
