Spent over $320 because I wanted a beautiful funeral arrangement for my father. It was horrible. Not full of flowers as I wanted. Mostly cheap greens. Not beautiful. I was upset and disappointed. I asked twice to send me a picture of the arrangement prior to the service but they never did. I will never use them again! I want a refund!!

My husband ordered flowers for a delivery yesterday. The delivery accidentally got missed. Riverside flower club not only immidialaty refunded the charge, they sincerely apologized and STILL delivered a surprise bouquet today! Accidents happen but the way this company responded has earned them our business going forward. We were pleased with a refund but the fact they went the extra step shows what kind of business they run. Thank you for the beautiful flowers.
