So, my fiancee needed to go to Immediate Care and the closest one to Manteno is the Riverside FastCare in the Walmart in Bourbonnais. So, on Riverside’s website, nothing states that people with flu aren’t seen with abdominal pain and that’s because of the diarrhea she has that. Was told they don’t see anyone with stomach issues...needless to say why do you exist and an immediate care then? The girl at the front desk snapped she doesn’t know she’s not a nurse. No wonder no one was waiting or being treated. What a waste of Riverside’s money and therefore taxpayer dollars!
Absolutely horrible!! Take your business elsewhere!! I went in for an ear infection and they refused to see me. I battle ear infections a few times a year so it's nothing new to me. I told them I had been seen/treated over a month ago and the double ear infection went away but the past two days I feel like the ear infection was coming back. They were very rude and stated I had been diagnosed and treated a month ago so they could not see me...to go see my primary doctor. Waited an hour and a half by the front desk to see if the people who had sport physical appointments would come in for their scheduled appointment times. My son was there just to be looked at for a cold and as long as that appointment didn't show up my son could be seen. After waiting all that time and watch no one come to their appointment then was told after waiting the nurse practitioner was not going to see any more clients for the day. Are you serious.... If you're going to be a walk in clinic, let people know when you're busy. I called ahead, drove 25 minutes and was told it would be a 3 hour wait! If my son wasn't so ill I would've said forget it! Sure hope I never have to come back.
