I used to love this place. We went here for dinner with friends and experienced the rudest waitstaff I've come across in a very long time. Our waitress was rude and unfriendly. I asked several times for a refill only to be told, I'm busy right now, it's going to be a while. I never got my refill and I asked at least 3 different times. I was there twice in the last month and I ordered steak medium well. Both times they came out rare. first time they where extremely busy so I just took it home and didn't say anything. Today 3/3/20. It was not busy and it was the same. This time I sent it back. wait and waited my partner was done eating and I still didn't have my meal. So I went to pay for his meal and the cashier made a big deal because she didn't charge me for my meal. Well of course I'm not paying for it. I didn't ever get it. 😭
