Generally ok, there billing practices seem extremely irregular to me, and when I reviewed what they were billing my insurance I was really surprised.
The staff breached confidentiality by talking loudly about what I was there for, and naming me by name. They were rude to me when I had to speak to them. Doctor Sabal neglected to put me in the book for an appointment, then lied to my face about it when I asked her. After I confronted her with how one of the staff told me I wasn't in the book, she admitted to lying. Then the doctor proceeded to be snarky about me using my insurance for getting a routine exam.
